Begin again…
Jesus said, “Come to me all who are heavy with burden and I will give you rest…let me teach you, because I am humble in heart.” Many times our problems are a disconnect between our mind, body and soul. We are trying to find balance again in our lives through what Jesus has already taught us in the bible. I am blessed to help people find that connection again no matter where they are in their walk of Faith.
Allow me to share a bit about who I am. I am a child of God, humble in heart and Spirit, who listens to the voice of the Holy Spirit with passion and sometimes conviction.
I am a wife and a mother of two beautiful adult daughters and we enjoy volunteering our time as youth group directors (teens) for Awana International and Young Life. My husband is a Military Chaplain and we both serve on the Pastoral Support Team at the Rock Church here in San Diego.
I am a graduate from San Diego State University in Psychology and furthered my education at Chapman University studying Marriage and Family Therapy in my Master’s Degree program.
Ministering to others through the love of Christ as a Christian Counselor and Motivational Speaker has been a true gift from Jesus. I love listening for his voice during my sessions; for sometimes I am simply the vessel he uses to minister to the people I am blessed to meet with. God says everyday is new, so we all have the ability each and everyday to begin again.
